Our 2025 Mentoring Programme

(Last chance on Monday) WILHK 2025 Mentoring Programme - Applications are Closing on 24 February 2025!

Please grab this final opportunity to join us in our 8th Women in Law Hong Kong Mentoring Programme.

The Programme aims to create a strong support network for participants to navigate our ever-changing work environment.  It also aims to empower mentees with the confidence to develop their own networks and to provide mentees with the opportunity to gain and refine their skills to help navigate their careers. Mentors will have the gratifying experience of making a difference to a young professional’s career while contributing to gender equity and addressing undesirable everyday behaviors against diversity, equity and inclusion.

Applications are closing on Monday 24 February 2025.  The Programme will run from March to November 2025, and participants will come together in a variety of settings, including one-on-one mentoring sessions, an ice breaking and matching event, a kick-off and orientation event, skills workshops and social and networking gatherings.

What our alumni say:

“Participating in this program has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me.  The structure of the program has allowed for meaningful discussions, and I always leave the sessions feeling more motivated and empowered.  The resources and guidance provided have been instrumental in my future goal-setting.”

– our 2024 mentee

“The 2024 WILHK Mentoring Program has been an incredible experience.  When I applied for the program, I wanted to be more intentional and consistent in my efforts to expand my network, gain more clarity on possible career paths, and pay it forward by participating in WILHK.  I have achieved all of these goals and more.  I’ve met so many interesting people who have been so generous with their time and willingness to share their insights and offer advice, and I’ve grown so much from all the thought- and action-provoking sessions.  I am so grateful for all the conversations, laughs and learning.”

– our 2024 mentee

“Well thought-out and well organized. The seminars are very informative and fruitful, with very experienced speakers who were right on the spot on many important topics.  The overall quality of the participants is just absolutely amazing. I have learned a lot from my mentee and other participants in this programme.”

– our 2024 mentor

“Not only have I enjoyed sharing my experiences as a mentor, but I have also learned and grown alongside my mentee.  The connections I’ve made with other talented lawyers have been invaluable, providing me with fresh perspectives and inspiration.”

– our 2024 mentor
