Our 2023 Mentoring Programme

We are delighted to launch our 6th WILHK Mentoring Programme, which will maximize the number of face-to-face sessions where permitted.

To ensure our programme is as relevant as possible to our participants, we will again take into consideration preferences indicated by our applicants as to the skills workshops they wish to include in the programme.

To participate, applications are due 3 February 2023.  The programme will run from February to November 2023, and participants will come together for one-on-one mentoring, an ice breaking/matching event, a kick-off event, two specially-tailored skills workshops and one or more social and networking gatherings.

Apply today and be a part of the WILHK Mentoring Programme Class of 2023!

Why should you join - what our alumni say:

“I am now much focused at work and I now take the initiative to have more catch-ups with my partners and to ask for support from them.”

our 2021 mentee

“I learnt the importance of empathy and striving for things I want. I also started to build up confidence in myself.”

our 2021 mentee

“I was pleasantly surprised about how open people were to reach out outside of their mentor-mentee relationship to others within the Programme.”

“Mentoring also works in the “reverse”, where I as mentor get so much inspiration and learn so much from my mentee.”.
